Lou Dorémus est une artiste multidisciplinaire dont le travail s'étend sur des toiles texturées, à grande échelle et aux illustrations fantaisistes. Lou s'inspire de son environnement ; les puissants courants de la Gironde, les sédiments et les fossiles découverts dans les vignobles et la vaste tapisserie de liens interpersonnels créés à Blaye.

Her creations serve as a mode of self-expression. Lou engages in  continuous experimentation with form, material, and subject to highlights her expansive artistic repertoire. Leveraging locally sourced natural elements, Lou meticulously fashions her own resin, infusing her paintings with a radiant dynamism. Moreover, her works become repositories of discovered artifacts – feathers, wood, fossils – all echoing her coastal muse, the western shores and seas of France.

Lou’s commissioned illustrations have been used for both individual and corporate use throughout the region. Notable among these are her crafted wine labels for local vignerons.
